Julian is a director, editor, and sound designer. He is an award winning cinematographer and has built his success
in capturing art, food, wine, and telling compelling stories of the people and places of the world.
Camille holds her advanced diploma in wine studies. She is the host of Camille’s Demi-Hour, an epicurean radio show on Nantucket’s NPR. She has spent time cooking in Provence, France and has over fifteen years experience in hospitality management. Camille will lead the interviews and assist with communications and production.
Michael Ruhlman, is an international best-selling author of over 20 books. He has co-authored with master chefs, such as Thomas Keller of Per Se and The French Laundry. His contacts range from
3-star Michelin chefs to authoritarians in the culinary world. Michael will help in scripting the overall narrative, as well as bring his original and unadulterated voice to the story.
